After you install the drivers, you can restart your computer and ProPresenter should start to work. Even if an automated process is saying that the drivers are up to date we find that manually downloading and installing the drivers fixes this issue for the majority of our customers.
If you see this error message then one of several things have happened: It is of note that OpenGL 3.2 and OpenCL 1.1 came out in 2009, so most modern graphics cards should support this language, however, some of our users still see this error message, even after they have been using ProPresenter for a while. ProPresenter 6 for Windows requires a graphics card that supports a standard called OpenGL 3.2 or OpenCL 1.1.
